As a member of CAMRA you can get involved in lots of fun activities such as:
Beer Scoring – members can rate each pint they drink and that score counts towards the pub entries that go into each year’s edition of the Good Beer Guide. Find out more at camra.org.uk/nbss
Pub of The Year / Club of The Year – the winners of these competitions are nominated and judged by local members.
Champion Beer of Britain (CBOB) – every year each member has a chance to vote for their favourite beers.
Coach Trips – Our social secretary organises regular coach trips to pubs and breweries.
Meetings and Events – As well as monthy meetings, we hold lunchtime socials and presentations and brewery visits.
Pub Surveys – We keep CAMRA Pubs up to date with photos and accurate information.
Pint Taken – As well as writing articles, we help distribute 10,000 copies of the popular Worcestershire County Pub magazine to pubs.
Members Weekend and AGM – Every year CAMRA members from across the country get together and discuss future policies and campaigns going forward – as well as meeting old friends for a beer or two and a chat.
